Terms of Service

1. Subject of Agreement

These Terms govern the use of AI Agents Hub, an AI Automation Studio offering ready-made SaaS products (SMM Autopilot, AI Photo Studio) and custom AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, business process automation, web development, lead generation, and AI consulting. The service is provided by Key Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA). By using the service, you accept these Terms.

2. Service Description

AI Agents Hub provides:

• AI generation of text content adapted for 12 social networks
• AI generation of images and videos
• Automatic content publishing on schedule
• Content management via Telegram bot

3. Registration and Account

• Registration is done through Telegram bot @Content_AutopilotBOT
• You are responsible for actions performed through your account
• Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited

4. Pricing and Payment

• Trial period — 14 days, no card required (unlimited posts, 15 images, 3 videos)
• Packages: Starter ($19, 30 days access), Business ($49, 30 days), Pro ($79, 60 days), Agency ($179, 90 days)
• Each package is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no auto-billing. Credits never expire
• Additional credit packs for images and videos can be purchased on top of any main package
• Payments are processed via Polar.sh (international payment processor). We do not store payment card data

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Content generated by AI at your request belongs to you
• You are responsible for content you publish through the service
• Generating content that violates laws or third-party rights is prohibited

6. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the service for spam or mass mailing
• Generate illegal, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits
• Resell service access without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for temporary outages
• AI generation may contain inaccuracies — we recommend reviewing content before publishing
• We are not liable for social network actions (bans, API changes)

8. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if the service was not used. Credit packs are non-refundable after partial use. To request a refund, contact info@aiagents-hub.net.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time through the bot.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, the jurisdiction of incorporation of Key Energy Inc. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if not possible, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
