Document handling — Doc Translator
Documents you translate are processed in memory and returned to you; we do not store them on our servers. To translate, document content is sent to our sub-processor Google (Gemini API). Processing takes place on servers located in Germany (EU). When you use the Telegram bot, files also pass through Telegram’s servers; the web dashboard sends files directly to us, with no messenger.
Files are stored only if you explicitly use “Report a translation error” (kept up to 90 days so we can fix it) or “Teach a form” (your template is kept with your account so the service can reuse it). You can request deletion at any time at info@aiagents-hub.net.
For business clients we sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and, on request, run the service on your own server, so no document leaves your infrastructure.

AI Agents Hub (hereinafter — "Service") is operated by Key Energy Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR provisions and Turkish KVKK law (for users who are residents of Türkiye). This Policy describes what data we collect, how we use and protect it.
2. Data We Collect
- Telegram ID, username, and language, during bot authorization
- Connected social media data (OAuth tokens), to publish content on your behalf
- Created content (texts, images, videos), to provide services
- Payment data, processed by payment provider Polar.sh (international merchant of record), we do not store card details

4. Data Protection
We use encryption for data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), store data on secure servers, and restrict access to personal information. Social media OAuth tokens are stored encrypted by LATE.co provider.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Social networks — to publish your content (via LATE.co API)
- AI providers (Google, FAL.AI) — for content generation
- Payment provider (Polar.sh) — for payment processing
- Google (analytics and advertising) — with your consent, we share hashed (SHA-256) email and phone to measure ad performance (Enhanced Conversions). Raw data is not shared.
6. Your Rights
- Request a copy of your data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Revoke social media access at any time
- Opt out of communications

7. Cookies
The website uses minimal technical cookies for proper operation. We do not use advertising trackers. Analytics are collected anonymously via Vercel Analytics.
