Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for all new users. During the trial period, no charges apply, and you can stop using the service at any time without needing to request a refund.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you have subscribed to a paid plan for the first time and the service does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of the first payment. This applies to the initial subscription per account.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Processing time depends on the payment provider and typically takes 5–10 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellation and Renewal Periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Telegram bot account dashboard or by emailing info@aiagents-hub.net. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period, and auto-renewal will not occur.

No refunds are provided for already-paid periods (after the initial 14-day window of the first subscription) or for partially-used months, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4. Credit Packs (image/video credits)

One-time credit packs for image and video generation are digital goods of immediate consumption. Once credits have been added to your account, refunds are not provided as credits become immediately usable.

Exception: if credits were not used due to a technical failure on our side, we will refund or restore the credits after investigation.

5. Cases Where Refunds Are Guaranteed

• Duplicate charges or billing errors, full refund of the overpaid amount
• Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, pro-rated refund for the downtime period
• Unauthorized charge (e.g., child using parent account without permission), reviewed case-by-case
• Cases mandated by local consumer protection law (GDPR, UK Consumer Rights Act, Turkish Law on Consumer Protection)

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to info@aiagents-hub.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• The account email or Telegram username
• Payment date and amount
• Reason for the refund

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond by email. Approved refunds are typically credited within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment provider.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first, most issues are resolved with a direct refund within 1–2 business days. This is faster for you and keeps your account in good standing.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy. The terms in effect at the time of your payment apply to that payment. The current version is always available on this page.
